Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. The retainer amount varies by service and is applied toward your total at checkout.
Retainers must be paid at the time of booking. Appointments without payment will be automatically canceled.
By booking, you agree to the following:
Retainers are non-refundable, no exceptions — including cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows.
A new retainer will be required to rebook or reschedule if this has occurred more than once.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or failure to show will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may also forfeit the retainer.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Disputes or chargebacks regarding forfeited retainers will be contested with this signed agreement as proof of policy acceptance.
